PURCHASING AUCTION TICKETS ONLINE
Don't forget that our 6th annual family dinner and auction is scheduled for Saturday, September 18, 2010, at St. Charles School. Doors open at 6:00 pm. ALL are welcome and encouraged to come join in the evening of festivities! Tickets are $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children (8th grade and younger). The theme is Fiesta and the food is being catered by Masa Restaurant!

REGISTRATION TIME!

WE NEED A FEW VOLUNTEERS FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
AUCTION: The Club needs an entire committee for all areas of the auction, including a head manager.
CONCESSIONS: A few people are needed to manage the following areas:
- Purchasing food for each home game
- Set Up/Tear Down
- Someone to do the Scheduling of the shift volunteers
PUBLICITY DIRECTOR: The Club needs one or a few people to procure advertisement spots for our football program and for the website.
SCOREBOARD OPERATOR: Someone to run the scoreboard during our home games.
MERCHANDISE SALES: One or a few people are needed to assist the Merchandise Manager by selling merchandise at select areas and times.
